1. Where do you ship?
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays).
Orders placed after our daily cut-off time, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
4. How long does shipping take?
After your order has been processed, standard delivery typically takes 5–8 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
5. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment.
6. Can I cancel my order?
Yes. If you wish to cancel your order, please email support@urbancartech.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

10. Who pays for return shipping?
If your return is approved because the product arrived damaged or defective, UrbanCarTech will cover the return shipping costs.
11. Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. We offer exchanges only for products that arrive damaged or defective.
If a replacement is unavailable, we may issue a full refund.
12. When will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
13. What should I do if my package is lost or arrives damaged?

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and help resolve it.
14. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please contact us immediately.
If your order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to update your shipping information. Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed.
